I repeat again, yes, you just need to drink lemon juice to lose weight.

Will you lose weight? Yes, surely you can lose weight but won’t get rid of fat. Haven’t you noticed that you will lose weight too if you have diarrhea. In this kind of weight loss process, it is the lemon juice that helps to quicken the excretion movement.
Now I am not saying you can’t follow this type of program if you want to cleanse your system and clean out your insides.
That is fine to follow this type of program. Don’t follow it though if your goal is to lose permanent body fat. Your dreams of permanent weight loss will be crushed and your frustration levels will continue to rise.
